Bobby was punctual (arrived before appointment) and determined there were a few options, one of which would require him to search for an older part yet would be less expensive. He quickly found that part and returned to quickly replace the valve and cost less than originally expected. Thanks Bobby. Both Bobby and Hans did a great job and were very pleasant. We live in an old ranch with no updates in the baths. Mr. Young was able to locate new faucets that worked in the old tub and and worked on everything sealing with silicone etc. so now what was a good sized trickle is nothing. He also replaced the shut off valve so water to the house can be shut off anytime without involving the water dept. Everything we asked for was done well. I explained to him that we wanted simple effective fixes and did not need to totally redo and he delivered quality work at a reasonable price. We have more work for him. I heartily endorse Mr. Young.
